WHY WALKING WITH LOVE?

The Australian Catholic Life Council commissioned this work in 2007, in response to recommendations 4 and 5 of the 'Taskforce on Abortion' chaired by Bishop Eugene Hurley. 

Angela Lecomber was appointed to project manage the outcomes with the following explicit objectives:

• Change perspectives: expand ‘pro-life’ beyond the law to changing hearts and minds;

• Present ‘new’ language which is woman-centred and radically empathetic;

• Produce educational resources and hold symposia in 8 capital cities of Australia.
